We are a friendly small family business specializing in RGV party rentals. We sanitize and clean all units, ensuring a safe and fun experience with our bounce round options. We will deliver on time for drop-off and pickup, making us a dependable choice for inflatable rentals in the RGV. We have been serving the community for 3 years, but please note that there are no refunds due to weather once we have delivered.
For reservations with our RGV party rentals, we ask for your name, address, and phone number. You may cancel your reservation at any time or move your date, as long as the unit is available on that date. Whether you're renting a bounce round or other items, we strive to provide flexible options for your RGV rentals.
We accept cash, Cash App, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo for your convenience with our RGV party rentals, including our popular bounce round. All payments are due at delivery. Please note that we can refuse the reservation or delivery due to adverse weather conditions. Additionally, we may cancel your reservation for non-payment at delivery, so ensure your payments are ready to avoid any issues. If we reach out to you and do not receive a response to our calls, messages, or texts, we will consider that a cancellation, and your unit will be re-rented. At BOUNCE-A-ROUND and RGV party rental, employees are not responsible for any injury, injuries, or death of any individual while using our bounce round inflatables. The renter is accountable for the inflatable and equipment in their possession during the rental period.
Please note that confetti, piñatas, markers, sidewalk chalk, or silly string are prohibited in any of the inflatable units provided by RGV party rentals.
We are also not responsible for any items left behind in our inflatables.
The prices listed for our RGV party rentals are the standard rates, but please note that these prices change on holidays. To reserve a bounce round or any other equipment during holidays, a non-refundable deposit is required. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund.
